Lakewood WWV Camp, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 Public Charity, established to provide a retreat for Veterans, First Responders and Gold Star Families.
The retreat facility, grounds and golf course is supported by members and corporate donors.
The USGA ranked members-only 120-acre golf course includes 42 bunkers and several water hazards with three sets of tees for different skill levels. Aim for a par 71 as you enjoy leisurely play along the perfectly manicured and immaculately maintained land.
The 75 acre man made lake is the focal point of this enchanting property. It's calm, clear waters are ideal for kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and paddle boarding. Whichever activity you choose, it will be hard to lure yourself back to shore.
The lake is stocked full of bass and northern pike, as well as numerous pan fish like crappie, perch and blue gills and more.
Hunting is available on adjacent 1,000 acres of Department of Natural Resources land where you can find pheasant, deer and other small game.
